FAQ

UI/UX design FAQ

What is the difference between UI and UX design?

UX design is how the product works: the research, flows and structure. UI design is how it looks and feels: layout, type, colour and components. We do both.

Can you redesign an existing app or website?

Yes. We start with a UX audit of what you have, keep what works and redesign the parts that cost you users.

Do you test designs with real users?

Yes. Clickable prototypes are tested with users before development, so problems are fixed while they are still cheap to change.

What do we receive at the end?

Final UI designs, a clickable prototype and a design system your developers can build from.

How long does a UI/UX project take?

Most UI/UX projects take 4–10 weeks, depending on how many flows and screens there are and how much user testing you need.
